Crawler Support

If you click on the "Reset Search History" button, all the records kept in the search history of the search will be removed. This ensures that no one else who uses the computer will be albe to view which key words you were searching for.

Crawler Toolbar allows you to clear the search history in two ways - either you can do it in the search box dropdown menu or by clicking on the "Reset Search History" button in the Crawler Toolbar Settings.

To clear the search history in the search box dropdown menu, click on the drop down menu on the right side of the search box and select the "Clear search history" option.

If you do not wish to keep the history of your searches performed by the Crawler toolbar, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Crawler Toolbar Settings.

   

2. Select the "Services Settings" tab.

   

3. Click on the "Settings..." button in the Search section.

   

4. Leave the "Keep search history under search box" checkbox empty.
   
5. Click on the "Apply" button.
6. Click on the "OK" button to exit Crawler Toolbar Settings.
